All in. To whatever end. Yes you can.

"Failure" isn't something I really see as an outcome for running, there is either completing what you set out to do or a set of lessons on how to build stronger and learn from the experience that you have had. My own journey has been one of growth and progression from completing my Bob Graham round in 2016 when I fell in love with Ultra mountain running all the way through to breaking the Lake District 24 hour record and winning Lakeland 100.

Travelling through the mountains and the journey you go on when doing so is what gets me out of bed in the morning. I believe that hard work and commitment to your training is the only way to truly progress over a long period of time and I hate the trend of "training hacks". Building your house of training one training session, one week, one month, at a time knowing that when the time comes to test that training you have done everything in your power to be ready for the challenge that lies ahead of you.

I encourage the growth of the mind as well as the body as in ultra running getting the body ready is only half of the battle. Opening your mind to what is possible, what you are a capable of and what you will have to do to get there are absolutely vital questions I want to help you answer. On top of that getting you ready for race day and giving you tools that you can use in race situations to maximise your performance.
