Coaching Overview

I work on a 1:1 basis and your plan would be created just for you in order to work as part of a balanced life. You would have access to ask me anything via Whatsapp/Telegram/email (whichever you prefer) and I like at least one phone call a month to check on how you are finding everything and that we are on the same page but we can have them more frequently than that if required. 

 

My main training tool I like to get people comfortable using is the Rate of perceived exertion (RPE) but we also will consider heartrate and pace at times but not religiously as sometimes in races we don't have or can't trust this data so being able to work from how it feels is a far more reliable barometer.

 

I use Training peaks to upload all training to and this would be updated as required, week to week if needed. I would upgrade you to premium from my end as part of your training package. I will plan in strength and conditioning sessions as part of your program and if you want I can advise on what exercises to work on but we can chat those kinds of details through more in time. I will be there for any advice required on kit, nutrition, etc that you would like and if I don't already know the answer to a question I guarantee I will go find you an answer (mainly because I will want to know myself!) 

 

I charge £135 per month, on a month by month basis
